Delete Your Word Trainer Account

This page explains how to delete your Word Trainer account (developer: Denys Konoplin) and all data associated with it.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to Word Trainer and open Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete account and confirm.
3. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 7 days later. You are signed out on this device and receive an email with the date and a cancel link.
4. Changed your mind? Sign in during those 7 days and tap Keep my account, or use the link in the email. After the date, your account waits for the next daily cleanup; you can still cancel until that cleanup actually runs.

If you cannot sign in, email support@word-trainer.com from the address your account is registered with, and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and, if used, the linked Google account ID
• Your dictionary: every word and folder you added, including your own edits to translations
• Your training statistics and settings
• Session activity history and speech usage records
• Folder share links you published, and the snapshots behind them
• Messages and screenshots you sent through the in-app feedback form

All of the above is deleted permanently and cannot be restored. Voice audio and photos you scanned are never stored in the first place: they are processed in transit and discarded. Shared vocabulary records (the canonical spelling and translations of a word that other accounts also use) are not personal data and are kept.
