A vocabulary trainer is an app that drills words until you remember them. Word Trainer is a vocabulary trainer for your own words: you add the words from your course, your job or the street, and it trains them with spaced repetition, typed and spoken answers, flashcards and an audio playlist. It is made for anyone learning a language for real life, in any of 17 languages.

Duolingo walks you through a fixed course, and Anki needs decks to be built or downloaded. Word Trainer starts from the words YOU meet in real life: paste a whole list - like the one piling up in your notes. “Word - translation” pairs are recognized as they are, and missing translations fill in automatically. Then the app takes each word through the full cycle: first acquaintance, flashcards, typed and spoken recall with spaced repetition. And it works offline.

Yes. After the first sign-in, your dictionary and training work without internet. Only adding new words (auto-translation, photo recognition) and voice input need a connection.

iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap Share (the square with an arrow), then “Add to Home Screen”. Android: install the app from Google Play, or add the site to your home screen from the Chrome menu (⋮). The app then launches full-screen from its own icon.
